2. Shipping the Return
Once your request has been approved, you will receive a return label and instructions for sending your item to our designated return address.
3. Inspection & Approval
After we receive your item, it will be inspected. We will then notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
4. Refund Timeline
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, and the credited amount will be issued back to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
Items returned after the 14-day return period
Products not in their original condition or missing components due to customer handling
Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
Late or Missing Refunds
