Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days after payment confirmation. This includes verifying order details, preparing your order for dispatch, and transferring the parcel to our logistics partners.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

Shipping Destinations

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries across these regions:

  • Europe (Western, Northern, and Central)

  • United Kingdom

  • North America (including Canada)

  • Oceania (Australia and New Zealand)

  • Middle East (including the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia)

At this time, we do not ship to countries in Asia. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us prior to placing your order.

  • North America: 10–20 business days

  • Oceania: 12–25 business days

  • Middle East: 15–30 business days

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You may use this to follow your parcel’s progress all the way to delivery.
